SMS Terms of Service
Frontpoint Security SMS Messaging Alerts Terms of Service
These are the terms of service (these “Terms”) for the Frontpoint Security SMS Messaging Alerts, which is a program that lets prospective customers and customers opt in to receive text message notifications from Frontpoint (the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms create an agreement between Frontpoint Security Solutions, LLC along with its employees, agents, delegates, representatives (collectively, “Frontpoint”, “us” or “we”) and any individuals that access and use the Service (“Customer”, “you” or “your”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
The Service is used to send you notifications about Frontpoint’s sales offers and marketing promotions as well as important product and service information and updates. You can cancel the Service at any time by texting the word "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Frontpoint SMS Messaging Alerts from us. If you want to join again, text the word “START” to us. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the word “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling 1-833-606-4481.
Participating carriers include Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile / Metro PCS, AT&T, Sprint / Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Interop, nTelos, C-Spire (Cellular South), Carolina West Wireless, Cellcom, ClearSky, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
