We love talking to our new customers like you to ensure that your system is set up correctly, and that you know how to use the basics. We'll walk you through step by step to make sure your system is activated, and you feel great about it.

Master Your Codes

After calling Frontpoint to activate, your alarm system is ready for us! There are several codes you will need:

  • Pass Code – the secure word or set of numbers your provide the monitoring center to verify your identity when an alarm is triggered.
  • Master Code – the 4-digit pre-programmed combination used to disarm your Control Panel.
  • Additional User Codes – additional 4-digit combinations that will also disarm your Control Panel. These can be added (and deleted) through your MyFrontpoint.com account.

Customize Your System

If you have our Interactive or Ultimate Monitoring Plan, you should receive your myfrontpoint.com login and password via email after the activation call. Login to your account and start customizing your system. Once you log in, you can:

Name Sensors – ensures that your alerts and history are displayed correctly with sensor names that make sense to you (i.e. ‘Front Door’, ‘Garage Door’, ‘Basement Window’).

Create Notifications – set up text or email alerts for almost any system event including – alarms, arming, power failure, open or closed sensor, or even when a sensor is left open (great for windows or garage doors).

Once your cameras are set up, you can customize many features within your myfrontpoint.com portal.
